Mission & values

What we strive for, on every site, in every discipline.

From conception to completion.

Turnkey across four disciplines — so a single team is accountable from the first sketch to the last walk‑through.

Quality, time, budget — agreed.

We work within the standards we set with our clients up front. The brief is the contract; the contract is the promise.

No small projects — only dream houses.

We're honored by every commission, whether it's a one‑bedroom renovation or a 19th‑century gallery house.

Our story

A history measured in decades, not quarters.

  1. 2014

International Leaders s.a.r.l. is founded in Choueifat, Lebanon.

The four disciplines — construction, electromechanical, electrical, landscape — formally united under one roof.

  2. 2016

Fortification of the Othman Watercourse, Damour — our first heritage commission.

An Ottoman‑era aqueduct restored to serve another century. Heritage becomes a defining service line.

  3. 2019

19th‑century Gallery House restoration completed in Bater, Chouf.

A stone‑by‑stone restoration of a Lebanese gallery house — our heritage flagship.

  4. Today

26 executed projects across Lebanon and the Gulf — and an in‑progress 17th‑c. rebuild.

Currently designing & rebuilding a 17th‑century Lebanese house in the Chouf.
